Do your products contain fillers?
No! Our supplements are pure, full-spectrum functional mushroom extracts with absolutely no fillers.

Where are your mushrooms from?
All of our mushrooms are grown in Pemberton, British Columbia and then sent to our facility in Parksville, British Columbia. They are prepared from start to finish by our own team on Vancouver Island. We operate a safe facility and lab test all of our products to make sure our customers only receive high quality products.

How are your mushrooms extracted?
We use a patented hot water and steam extraction process to produce all of our mushroom extracts. Our tinctures are the exception, for which we utilize dual hot water and alcohol extraction.

Are your products third party tested?
All of our products are third party tested and go through the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification process. For more information on this, please contact us.

How do I become a member?
Signing up is free and easy! Simply select the account icon in the top menu of the website to register, or you can simply checkout as a guest when placing an order.

Who is eligible to purchase your products?
Anyone can purchase our products! At this time, we only ship within Canada.

How do I make an order?
Browse the products on our site to find what you like. If you would like to purchase the product, select the amount you would like to order, and click “Add to Cart”. Continue shopping and adding products to your shopping cart. When you are ready, go to your cart to checkout and you can pay through our secure Stripe terminal or by e-transfer – it’s as simple as that!

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is complete. We ship out orders daily at 12PM (PST). You will receive another email around that time with your tracking number once shipped.

Is your site reliable and trustworthy?
We believe in having a transparent and honest business in order to establish a good relationship with all of our customers. Our company is very professional and reliable, and everything from growing to shipping is done in-house. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will always respond within a few hours!

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, all orders must be placed through our website and shipped to you via mail at this time.

Can I place orders larger than the options listed?
If you would like to place larger bulk orders, please contact us via email and we would be happy to discuss pricing!

Can I modify/refund my order once it’s been made?
As our products are related to food items, we cannot refund them after delivery. However, if the order you receive is not what you ordered, we will will re-send the correct products at no additional cost. Satisfied customers is our goal.

Who do I contact if I have issues with my order?
If you are having any issues with your membership or placing an order, please contact us immediately at and we will ensure your issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

How does shipping work?
All of our orders are shipped out through Canada Post at our daily cut-off time of 12PM PST. Any orders made between 12PM each day will be shipped out at that time. 

Normal packages are shipped with standard shipping but xpresspost (express shipping) is also available through Canada Post at an additional cost.

Typically, orders take 2-4 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer. We know how important it is to have your order delivered, and you can rest assured that your shipments are our top priority.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking info will be sent to your email.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?
If you do not receive your package within 2 days after the expected delivery date, please contact Canada Post immediately. We have no control over shipping delays for your order and only Canada Post would be able to help. If your package has not been delivered and the package is lost in transit, we will replace your order – no questions asked. 

Organic Mushrooms will not be held liable for lost orders due to: mistakes made by the postal office, wrong address given by the customer, damage to your order by postal service, expired PO BOX numbers, stolen packages after delivery.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this issue with Canada Post. We cannot do anything about packages that show as being delivered. 

For customers located in Nunavut, orders will not be replaced if packages are lost in transit. Unfortunately, these areas appear to be prone to missing parcels. Shipments to these areas are made at buyers’ risk.

My tracking number does not appear to work?
If this happens, it’s likely because Canada Post has not updated their system to include your tracking number. Please check back on their website later – it can take up to 4 hours for numbers to start working on the Canada Post tracker.
