This Refund Policy explains our policy on refunds when you make a purchase from organicmushrooms.ca.
We understand that health supplements, especially in the form of consumable products, are critical and need to be handled with utmost care. In compliance with Health Canada regulations relating to the handling of consumable health products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or otherwise used packages or containers unless the product(s) in your order were shipped in error.
If you receive a shipment that does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email with a detailed description and/or pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at your convenience.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition as you received it in, unopened and unused. You will also need to show the receipt or proof of purchase and explain the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the returned postage fees that include tracking. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & MISCELLANEOUS ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s). It will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges are not accepted.
We will notify you once we have inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, this is out of our control.
